YOUR AREA RUG.COM WARRANTS YOUR SATISFACTION WITH THEIR PRODUCT  
FOR QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP UPON IT'S RECEIPT.  PLEASE INSPECT YOUR
ORDER WHEN IT IS RECEIVED AND NOTIFY US BY PHONE OR EMAIL IF YOU FIND 
ANY DAMAGE OR UNACCEPTABLE FAULTS WITHIN 10 DAYS.   PLEASE NOTIFY 
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AN RGA NUMBER PRIOR TO  
RETURN.

****     QUALITY AND COLOR OF ACTUAL CARPET IS ONLY WARRANTED IF
THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED A SAMPLE OF THE CARPET PRIOR
TO PROCESSING OF ORDER.
**** YOUR AREA RUG.COM DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST ERRORS IN 
CUSTOMER MEASURING OR THAT SIZE OF CARPET ORDERED IS
BEST FOR CUSTOMER'S ROOM DÉCOR.
**** YOUR AREA RUG.COM WARRANTS AGAINST ORIGINAL 
WORKMANSHIP AND CARPET QUALITY FLAWS BUT NOT AGAINST 
WEAR AND TEAR
 ORAGE.                        
**** DEFECTS DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGE WILL BE HANDLED THROUGH
THE UPS POLICY AND COVERAGE.  YOUR AREA RUG.COM WILL 
MAKE ATTEMPTS TO ASSIST IN REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF SHIP
DAMAGED GOODS IN A TIMELY MANNER.  ANY SHIP DAMAGE MUST
BE REPORTED TO YOUR AREA RUG.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT
TO BE FULLY COVEREDUNDER THE UPS INSURANCE POLICIES.
POLICIES
YOUR AREA RUG.COM IS A CUSTOM RUG FABRICATER.  MATERIALS ARE CUSTOM 
ORDERED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER, SO FULL REFUNDS OR CHANGES TO
ORDERS AFTER BEING PLACED WILL BE ACCOMODATED BASED ON WHERE ORDERS
ARE IN OUR PROCESS.  WE WILL MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO HELP WITH CHANGES
AND OFFER THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PROCESS TO SATISFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON, AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE, ANY 
PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM YOUR AREA RUG.COM FOR A 25% REFUND OF SALES 
PRICE ONCE PRODUCT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY.  CUSTOMER NEEDS TO 
NOTIFY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
PRIOR TO RETURN.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PRODUCED WILL BE ACCEPTED
WITH THE SAME 25% REFUND OF ORDER SALES PRICE.  CANCELLATION DURING
PRODUCTION WILL RESULT IN A REFUND BASED UPON PROGRESS OF ORDER.
ANY CLARIFICATIONS OF WARRANTY OR POLICIES SHOULD BE 
ADDRESSED TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
